It is rare to have this kind of long term customer service anymore, but they have always been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have never felt like just another policy number. They always take the time to answer questions and make sure I have the right coverage. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency they can stay with long term.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt compelled to write this because my experience has been the complete opposite. As a business owner myself with 15+ employees, I can say confidently that business owners are not always sitting at a desk waiting to answer phone calls, we are running companies, managing staff, handling operations, and solving problems all day. Judging someone’s professionalism based on whether they personally answer every phone call immediately is not a realistic measure of the service they provide.
Insurance agents don’t run body shops, mortgage companies, or banks, but they do help secure coverage, shop policies, and guide clients through claims and coverage decisions, which Rich and Christina have done very well for me for years.
If you are a business owner looking for commercial insurance and someone who understands business policies, I would absolutely recommend them. My business has been well covered and well taken care of for a long time. -
