  Samantha is incredibly prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional—yet also warm, empathetic, and genuinely dedicated to her clients. She consistently goes above and beyond. In the past couple of months, she has worked tirelessly to meet every nitpicky requirement from our mortgage lender without a single complaint. I simply cannot thank her enough for getting us through this process.

  Rich is a horrible agent. Never in the office when I call or drop by.. I would give him a negative number if I could. Don’t wait till you have a claim and you need your insurance.I’ve had all my insurance, homeowners, car, boat with … More Rich Lovinger since I moved to Tampa in 2000. I’ve had 1 claim on my car insurance when my teenagers were Tboned going to high school at Plant. They were tboned. Rich did nothing to help us. We had numerous problems with the body shop at the dealership. Rich did nothing to help us. I battled the body shop for a month in December to get the vehicle repaired properly. Recently Rich wrote a policy for homeowners which he wrote for $22,000 etc one time payment. Now I’m intelligent and understand Florida’s homeowners insurance is quite a mess right now. Rich said he called my husband and sent an email to my husband and no reply. When you are debiting this amount in one month, you need to touch base with one of the policyholders. I’m on the insurance policy, the bank account and Rich knows me. He decided to blame my husband. Rich didn’t think my husband could have been on vacation unplugged from technology, dead or in a coma. I only found out because I was traveling out of state and happened to stopped to get gas and my payment was declined so I called my bank and found out what happened. Rich didn’t call me back for 7 hours. Ins agents are supposed to answer your calls since most people only call when there is a severe problem.
  I’m pretty sure Rich has made a fortune off of our policies with 1 claim in 20 years.
  Suffice to say, DONT USE THIS GUY. HE SAYS HE CANT FIND HOMEOWNERS BUT OTHER AGENTS HAVE BEEN HARD AT WORK LOOKING. My mortgage company can get insurance. THE RETURN ON MY INVESTMENT WITH RICH LOVING HAS BEEN WE SUPPORT Rich Lovinger but he could care less about our insurance needs.
  Don’t use him!!!!!!!! He doesn’t care about us. We get greeting card from car salesmen we haven’t used in years, but nothing from Rich Lovinger. He doesn’t care about policy holders with 1 claim in 23 years with the claim being in high school and my kids are 28 and 30. It’s been a long time since the 1 claim
  Rich is terrible at insurance and I find him to treat our family’s insurance needs for granted. Any insurance is terribly expensive but to pay and not use it is even worse.
  I’ll be firing Rich Lovinger and Allstate because there are many choices. So 3 cars, a really nice boat and a very nice home deserves an agent and company that cares. In my business, if you don’t care about your customers, they do business with someone else.
  Allstate should cut there losses because this is a lot of Money exiting the door. Rich Lovinger makes money for Allstate because he doesn’t answer the phone so Allstate doesn’t pay plus insurance salesman get recurring commissions. Did you know that?
  Rich is a genius at taking our money but an ———- at customer service
  I’ve found many agents that know our family and loves trying to help us. Rich Lovinger could care less about our insurance needs or just our family in general.
  If you have insurance, please re-evaluate you insurance needs. You should check your prices and policy needs every other year to make sure you are not overpaying. Insurance needs are very important. You need someone who care. Rich Lovinger didn’t care about our needs. Blaming my husband for his bad service is atrocious. Blaming his client just sucks. We need to be reimbursed for his bad service
